The DVC servers are designed to extremely high specifications, which allow the vast amounts of video through-put necessary.
These servers are set up as RAID6 configuration, which provides additional reliability / integrity as if a drive should fail, the built in redundancy ensures that no data is lost. RAID1 (drive mirroring) configuration can be supplied upon request.
