Record Free to Air TV
 
Never miss an educational show again. DVC provides the tools, such as graphical file management and the built in Electronic Program Guide, which allows you to automatically record from Free to Air TV. DVC identifies content that has been matched to the Australian curriculums and then provides a highly graphical Electronic Program Guide that allows you to set up automatic recordings. DVC even adds the meta data for you automatically (Title, synopsis, rating, category and duration).
 
 
 
  

DVC is all about helping you to build your resource library where ever possible for free and provides the tools to help you to do so. Tools such as key word recordings.

Quality of recording

 

DVC has perfect recording results. It does not ‘drop frames’ or reduce the quality. You can capture analogue and digital TV at broadcast quality. DVC can then be set to transcode that file automatically to H.264 (the same video format used by Apple, Sony etc). This reduces the file size by 8 without losing any quality.

Record Foxtel

DVC will increase the return on investment from your Foxtel subscription. DVC enables you to record multiple Foxtel channels overnight, or during weekends and holidays, from a single Foxtel box.

 

Digitise existing tape and DVD libraries

 
DVC makes the digitisation of existing tape and DVD libraries extremely easy. The built in smart CommBox technology provides tools that simplify this process considerably. You can edit, set security levels and permissions, create reports, view logs and much more. DVC will even add meta data automatically for you, such as title, synopsis, rating and duration.
  

 

Capture from multiple channels at once


There is no limit to how many channels you can record from at once. The standard DVC system can record from 5 simultaneous channels. Simply add Capture Expanders to record more than 5 channels at a time.
