The Video Commander Media Retrieval System was first designed and released in Australia over 34 years ago. Since then it has changed and shaped the way Australian education is delivered in the classroom and has undergone many enhancements and upgrades along the way.
Since 1976, we have seen Video Commander evolve from a push button system (several of these systems are still working and being used today), to DOS PC control, then Windows versions…until now.
Now we see the biggest change of all… the new era of ‘Digital Learning’. Video Commander has been completely redesigned from the ground up – bringing you DVC (Digital Video Commander). DVC not only delivers many new features and functionality over Video Commander, it is also simpler and more affordable. While Video Commander is still being supported, now is the time to look at upgrading your existing Video Commander system to the new. Both products can be integrated providing you with a seamless and affordable migration path. Concessionary rates are currently in place for any schools wishing to upgrade (limited time only).
